F4V files

Every time I cast on Ngame, they always record my casts. After a few days, they become available for view. I can even download them myself.

Thing is... they come in f4v files, and I want to edit them to grab tidbits and highlights from the videos. Is there a much easier way than converting the file to something I can use in WMM (like a program that can directly edit f4v files that I can post to YT off the bat)? And if not, is there a program out there that can easily convert f4v files?

F4V is just FLV but with H.264 codec. You should be able to upload it directly to youtube. Problem is I'm not finding any free software which can do the conversion - not easily anyway.

I'm not sure if it's free but Sony Vehas 10 could do it.

I know I can. Except I need to edit them and take highlights out of them @ these vids unedited around more than an hour long. xd

And yes, I know YT has a video editor. I suppose I could try uploading the +200 MB file and hope it can accept it for me to start editing stuff from it. xd

EDIT: Well the good news is that uploading it to YT works, and they do accept it. However, the videos are in bad quality AND the audio is not synced. -.- Halp?
