When an item such as that has "hidden potential", it's almost guaranteed to be 2 lines and cubed once with using a magnifying glass on it to cover up that fact.

There's a hack that allows people to see the potential even when it's "hidden". I expect a person who has no qualms about buying hacked items and trying to resell them for profit, to have no qualms about using this particular hack, either.

That's assuming this guy didn't potential the shoes, reveal 2 lines, and cube to hide them. (Which is what I usually suppose for "unrevealed" high-ticket items.)

So if it's 2 lines, it might not be duped. But It was obviously scrolled with duped 10% Shoe atts. But then again if anyone buys a 10% shoe att or White scroll in the Fm right now it's most likely been duped or obtained illegitimately.

Anyway, good luck selling chi ^_^ For reference a duped 21%luck 27 att seems to sell for 750$.

Yes, because it's not guaranteed that your two lined item becomes a three lined item on the first cube. It can take two, nine or fifty cubes to get a third line on it.

Sure whoever can afford those won't mind paying just to have 3 line.
