basically it's an indie crossover fighting game built around MUGEN. even though it features nothing but licensed characters all artwork is original and the battles look crisp with a character card/support card system that is somewhat reminiscent of the first Marvel Vs Capcom. it looks at least worth following. A few points from their FAQ page:
Q: Are you going to put all the characters in the Card Gallery in CSW?
A: NO. That would be almost impossible since there are tons of characters in the Card Gallery [SIZE="3"]thus there won't be hundreds of playable characters [/SIZE]
Q: How are the special movements done? Is it like Street Fighter?
A: Special moves are done by pressing a direction and the Special Attack button, like the "Smash Bros" or "Tales of" series.
Then there are the Combos which are done by pressing a combination of buttons a la Street Fighter or other fighting games. And finally the Super Moves
Q: Where do the graphics come from?
A: All graphics are made by us; sprites, artwork, backgrounds, interfaces, etc, The only ripped resources are sounds and music, which have been ripped by ourselves from their original games.
Q: How many characters will have the complete game?
A: We plan to make 36 playable characters, but other characters will appear in a non playable manner, such as background elements or strikers/helpers of the playable characters.
