From 4/18 to 4/24 GameStop will be having a Buy2Get2Free sale on their PS2, GC and GBA games.

Whoa thats pretty epic. Might be time to pick up some classics. Do they all have to be of the same type of game? And is it only YOUR gamestop?

oh yes. katamari games, all the gc games that don't work, i'd love to have originals of gen 3 pokemon games again... gee what else? not to mention some some of those good ol' fashioned fucking ps2 party games. nba street vol. 3 is still a drinking game on campus. yes i'm excited about this pomegranate.

Depending on where they live it is possible. There are some areas in the states that have 10 GameStops within a 20 mile radius. And then there are some that don't have any for 100 miles.

yeah haha i can get on the interstate and go forty miles in either direction and hit gamestops 4/5 towns i reach.

We have a Game Stop.. across the stree to a Game Stop... which is next to a Game Stop. Not to mention that the mall also has another 2.

I got a Gamestop a 10 min walk, 5 mins if I alternate running, from my house. Two or three 20 minute drives away. EB games 15 mins away. And about 5 other small game stores about 20 minute drives away.

EDIT: Using store locator, there are about 11 of them within 20 miles of my house. They didn't show a few or misplotted them.

I miss GameXChange They relocated about 6 years back and I think they left the city entirely. I got Banjo-Kazooie and Tooie from them back in the day and all my Gen 1/2 Pokemon games. Used to look forward to grocery shopping because they were right next door.

There a link for this? I only see an ad running a seperate event from 4/8-4/10.

I believe that was the Buy2Get1Free on all preowned games and stuff.

So... is this really happening or what? When I first saw this thread, I got excited and made a list of games I wanted to get with this deal. But there have been absolutely NO notices, NO updates, just nothing saying this event is true and/or happening.
