I'm beginning to think it's coffee spill. Or "earthquake". Or something else unintentional, and possibly even not noticed (by Nexon) as of yet. It was 5am, after all.
Servers have been down for an hour now, and no word on either the website or the official Nexon forums. Not even a "We had to take the game down to deal with a serious issue. We currently have no estimate of when it will be up again."

Does anyone know whether the "Start Game / Game Offline" button on the website is automated (detects the login server) or has to be manually updated when they take the game down or bring it back up?

Okay, no for the usual scheduled server check but yes for a surprise unscheduled one?

Hopefully they did this in order to get hackers off guard, but, somehow, I doubt that.

I wish they would provide an update already about MTS. I've got a feeling they are removing a ton of duplicated items but still... would love to have it back already.
