I want to see if GMS is truly global so I want to see where in the world y'all from.

Gotta be honest, this topic is hella pointless. Of course it's gonna be north america dominated. Europeans/South Americans both eventually got a regional service and cannot make new accounts here. Asia may see some votes but I bet those people also play a regional service of their own. Australia, North America, and Africa(if any) are the only areas that are even supposed to be playing this version.

Global doesn't mean worldwide in this case. It refers to all areas that do not have a regional version of their own to play.

Hmmm, do I put my current place of residence or my home country? I'm here in France for 2 years then back to Brazil.

Also, at above, there is no version for south america other than BMS which is for brazilians.

Going with the topic, I'm from St. Maarten. :B T'is in the Caribbean. So I guess that counts as Other?

I'm actually personally curious myself as to how many people here are from a country that isn't US/Canada/Europe.

Whilst i normally just lurk around Southperry aimlessly, after reading this post of yours i felt compelled to join in order to inform you of two terrible, inexcusable geographical mistakes that you made.

First of all the Caribbean is definitely located in North America. Secondly, Europe is ~not a country. [Credentials; Studying for a Geography undergrad BA at UoN, UK].

My objective here was to instill an awareness of how geography is IMPORTANT, as well as to bring to common attention how terrible the teaching of geography is in most of North America (including the Caribbean). No hate, i blame society- not you.

Whoa, whoa there. I'm completely aware of my "mistakes," the fact that I'm currently typing on an iTouch on campus made my post far less accurate than I intended it to be.

One, I know that Europe is a continent.

Two, I automatically assumed that North America in this poll meant US/Canada, because in the case of Maple, that's what the majority assumes unless stated otherwise.

Three, the Caribbean is technically located between North and South America (or Central America, if you will). The Caribbean may be a part of America but I am in no way American (unless you want to be really technical, but my passport clearly states that I am Dutch).

In the sense of this topic's content, I am not from North America. In the geographical sense I am, but the original poster is wondering how global GMS really is; as in, how many of us are outside of the US/Canada/Europe.

Fixed my post but now that I noticed that OP has Central America as one of the choices, that's what my answer should have been.
