anyone else feel like Ani is screwed up since the last check?
#1
Before the last check, I'd randomly have people 120+ in the same ani room as me. now I only get people below 4th job, and Ani is definitely not scaled for us because we barely even dent his health. it's the third day in a row this has happened, wtp is going on?

Just noticed that as well. Ani's a waste of time for low levels as of now.

LESS ADV ENHANCEMENT SCROLLS IN THE MARKET NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

At least any run i'm in is guaranteed to pass. :o

It's been like that since before the last SC.

If there's more than 15 people in a channel, it sends people to a room based on their level, if not everyone gets thrown into the same fight.

The high lvl people are not bothering with ani anymore their over it. So they just decline the offer to fight

Last two Ani runs:

- A 200 priest and a 180 Aran in a party. Me (110), a 108 bucc and some other guys below 100.

- A 150 DB, a 13x Bishop, Me (111) and some other guy I don't remember the level.

So yeah, if they don't have enough people, they just gather the ones in a single fight.

It only takes me like 15min to solo fortunately... I've never been in a room without a couple other decent attackers though.

well in windia there's always a ton of people going to ani, so I dunno.
anyway, is the health of the lv70 Ani a typo? it has like, more health than all the other anis on hidden street combined...

Half the time I fight Ani, I'm on channel 6, which isn't all that much of a popular channel in my server. The rooms hardly get filled up and often result in 8 people or less. I can some what confirm FoolsLove said is correct. Given that there's not enough people in a channel accepting, they get thrown into the same fight with level 120+'s and under level 120's.

I tend to fight Ani on channel 6 as well. I wonder if I've already met you in an Ani raid before?

But yeah, I can confirm that what Dizzy says is correct. I've been in fights where I was the only 4th jobber present. I think it also has to do with exactly when people accept the invitation to fight Ani. I would think that most people would fight him around 2 PM - 5 PM PST on weekdays, and 10 AM -2 PM PST on weekends, with any time after that resulting in higher chances of failing due to most people already having fought Ani earlier in the day.

I usually fight ani on my 185 bishop so I don't have to see the envelope the rest of the night while i train. Since I might get a good prize it's worth the time, but I can't solo it (or not in 20 min, I think I could in 25 min) and I play late at night usually. So I usually cc to ch 1 when the invite comes up (because I want to ensure others are present). Almost all my fights have been with 3rd jobers, but if I can get 5 lvl 10x's in my party and provide mw30 and heal and help atk, we can usually kill the boss. I had one failure when I couldn't find anone above lvl 80 (those nibs missed all the time). And I had one fight where there was several 4th jobers. Since Bello is a small world I just assumed everyone who needed help cc'ed to ch 1. Those who have no issues just go on w/e channel they are on. I was also in one round that seemed to have 30 people, way more than 15 anyway.

But my thought was that I don't see many 4th jobers because most either go with their LHC party, or go on any channel because they can solo. It can't possibly be segration by lvl because I hardly ever see other 4th jobers.
