For you guys that may be thinking about HP washing your characters post-BB despite the fact nearly every job have gotten generous HP boosts....
What I know: HP washing still works like it used to be. Go roid up your character's HP as much as you want!
What I do NOT know: I do NOT know if the minimum MP formula (different for each class) had been left intact after the BB patch. If someone would look into this, I would (and everyone) would appreciate it!

Hardly seems worth the cost of AP Resets... but if people want to do it, more power to them.

Best time to do it is when Nexon puts AP resets on sale. When I was washing like nuts back then, I usually washed when AP resets were on sale so I could get more for less.
L> 20 resets/20K sale.

Probably would've been better to do HP washing WITHOUT HB lol
since it really skews the results due to the +40% / +60% buff
Also HP never really changed, because the "Imp HP Max" skill was integrated as a base thing to Warriors. I still did HP washing even after BB came out.

Why do people still think jobs got HP formula changes?
The only job that had their HP formula changed were Warriors and Brawlers. Warriors and Brawlers get the exact same HP they would with Improving Max HP Increase. That's the only change. Everything else is some passive skill.

Well, not quite. There are some changes due to the passive skill which would make the post-BB version far superior. For example, +HP equips are affected by the Improving HP increase percentage in BBP. This would not have happened pre-BB. Therefore, the HP formula did change.

Warriors are seriously the last class that need HP washing to begin with.

The formula for HP gain per level did not change. The passive skills have no affect on how much Base HP a character will have.

Not exactly. They can still do so much with being HP washed.

They can do the same things without being HP washed, whereas other classes can't.

PB and HT Tail Pre-nerf and Pre-BB? Didn't PB do like 23k+ touch damage and the tail like 30k+? I doubt any non-washed warrior could survive those.

I believe the HT tail still does 13k-ish. PB also has damage reflect of 30k. Let's not forget about the Empress that's soon to arrive. There's still plenty of incentive for all classes to wash, even warriors.

Even buffed up, the tail (around 33k damage) couldn't kill someone with the right buffs active... Threaten (36% reduction), Achilles (15%), and PG (20%) you end up with only 14k damage.

Suppose a warrior has 17k HP.
Self-HB: 23.8k.
Regular HB: 27.2k HP.
Add a Czak Helmet.
Total: 18.7k HP.
Self: 26.18k HP, Regular: 29.92k HP
Add Rex Earrings + Czak Helmet.
Total: 20.4k HP
Self: 28.54k HP, Regular: 32.64k
Add a CHTP, Rex Earrings, Czak Helmet.
Total: 22.1k HP
Self: 30.94k HP, Regular: 35.36k HP.
I really don't think it's needed.

I agree with Locked.
The only things that you even need HP at are VL, PB, HT, CHT, and CZak... and most players don't even do those things

Only if those numbers were Accurate in MapleStory.
10% isn't really 10% in maple more like 8.8%
Self HB isn't 40% more like 30%
My Base HP is 17292 with a CHTP it's 18811 which is about 8.8% increase. With self HB and CHTP I have 24599 hp which Self HB is giving me about a 30.8% increase from 18811 hp.

With or without all my equips on just adding the CHTP alone gives me 8.8% HP and not 10%.
