I need a bit of help

Mainly, two questions.

First) Would it be a good idea if I replaced Cofagrigus for Litwick, get better type coverage since Flame Charge on Zebstrika just isn't quite doing it when I need Fire-type attacks. But even though Cofagrigus has terrible type variety when it comes to attacks, it still has good defenses and makes a good staller.

Second) Does anyone have a female Oshawott they would be willing to let me borrow long enough to breed with my Zoroark? Trying to breed an Oshawott with Night Slash.
