Slow (7) vs Normal

I have two weapons my Pally can use in the future; a 3rd UG 2H BW (Normal) with an attack of 99 and the other is a VIP 2H BW (Slow 7) with 122 attack. If I hammer and perfect scroll both of these, I would have a 144atk and 167atk weapon. The difference between the two speeds is roughly 1.07x. Now my question is, which weapon would be better in the long run?

Depends on your total weapon attack.
Generally:
(SlowWepAtk + Atk from equips)/(FastWepAtk + Atk from equips) has to be higher than 1.07 for the slow weapon to be better.

Thanks for the reply. Based on what you said, the VIP beats the 3rd UG by a pretty good margin (9%).

Especially when you factor in potential differences. We can disregard it being removed later on.
