Runtime Error When Launching?

So, whenever I try to launch the game, whether it's through the site or gamelauncher, the game quickly closes itself and tells me that there's a runtime error (and then it lists where I have the maplestory files saved.) It tells me that something is telling it to close the program, and I have to contact the program's administrators.

Has anyone experienced something like this? This was after I got the mechanic patch.
