My opinion was,
That it was like some super overpowered class that I ever played. Like really, I start to noticed when I was doing like 2Ks with Atomic Hammer on LVL 35 (stopped at like LVL 38 for the time being, needed a break from it) and it only has 1 Skill Point on it (that was also the time I had maxed out Mech Mastery I think). Heavy Weapon Mastery was really useful allowing me to do more damage with Gatling Shot and Flame Launcher (covering more area in front) when I job advanced.
Drill Rush was like Brawler's Corkscrew Punch without the charge and it was like spammable as long there are mobs around you.
Also what's the point on equipping a gun when your mech has a built-in gun and has like unlimited ammo?

"Mechanics is a well-balanced class" my arse Nexon. Maybe based by their definition of "balanced" I guess.

I don't care too much for this class; it's probably overpowered but there always is an overpowered class. The only thing that confuses me is why the Mechanic's robot's legs are so tiny in comparison to the rest of the body :x.

Same here... I was originally thinking the mech's body would be more along the lines of mechs from other RPGs that featured them like Final Fantasy 6 and such in which the mech's body and limb were more symmetrical. It's like they ripped the legs of a tiny little Roid, attached them to this gigantic box, and weaponized it... oh wait... they did do that. LOL

I love it. It takes the things I liked about my BaM, and added the mobility I didn't have with it. It's definitely over powered. I've been doing over 10k damage with max atomic hammer since my late 40s, but I don't particularly care about that. I enjoy playing my Mechanic quite a bit.

OP or not, it's an extremely versatile and fun class to play. Also, insane leveling speed. 9 minute level from 49-50, on 1x.

Very mobile and spammable moves... I reached lvl 50 in a few hours and i didnt really rush it, I guess enjoy mechanic b4 it gets nerfed lol Its pretty fun needless to say though. It basically has everything.... a rush skill, good mobbing, gatling gun does great 1v1 damage, high def and a freakin skill that guards 30% of the time whats not to like.

Not that bad. Only things I really like about it so far though is Drill Rush (seriously? a skill that's pretty much better than warrior rush (more spammable) in 1st job?) and 100% stance (again, a better 4th job level warrior skill but in 1st job)\
I also like how it's both melee and ranged.
I actually kind of think the Mechanic robot is pretty ugly. Especially after seeing it hundreds of times today. They should have at least made it customizable like the Wild Hunter mounts.

Versatile.
Pretty much sums up my experience as of now (lvl 53).
I love how it can turn almost any map with decent spawn into a great training map. Seriously, Teleport + Rocket + Drill = Instant map cycles. Add Atomic Hammer and you get a near instant map destroyer.
Too bad Drill Rush gets a cool down on chaos. Really, I would rather get a mega nerfed D-rush than a cooldown. I can see it significantly hindering the mobility/map cycling ability of the class. But oh well.

1st job:
Drill hands is like Rush at 1st job, with better range, flamethrower has amazing range and dps. Mount gives me so much defence tht most mobs do 1-20 dmg to me.
2nd job:
Atomic hammers dmg,
Heal bot,
Teleport skill,
Rocket jump without heigh limit,
Yah, even worse than DB, mainly cause they get most useful skills of other classes, at 1st or 2nd job. Not to mention dmg.

My thoughts exactly. Granted the class is very fun to play, but it's kinda stupid that their first couple of jobs pretty much netted them all they need.

I think the class is fun. I couldn't help but notice how powerful it is (I had 1000+ HP and MP at level 10-13) but it has other little things which make it fun to me.
It can jump up and down platforms with ease
It can dash to get around faster
It doesn't get knocked back by enemies (my favourite thing about this class)
To be honest i don't even care about it's skills - those 3 things make it probably one of the most fun classes i've played.

Totally overpowered, especially when you stay str-less till lvl50, add some dex equips, att workglove, add fairy's blessing, etc, etc...
Without potential items, lvl1 Atomic Hammer did a 5280 critical on my gMS Mech... at lvl30... :+)
My range at my lvl31 gMS Mech is half my lvl85 kMS Mech's range...

Just 2 words: NOT FAIR
This class gets some skills in their first and second job that many classes get in 4th job after having to pass many books. It would not be such a problem if at least their damage was balanced, but not even that is. They pretty much outpower any other job but dual blades...
Despite of this I would be cool with it, minding my own characters and just ignoring the mechas, but I just know it is a matter of time before it gets as bad as wild hunters KS'ing and hacking all around...
