the truck is not an npc. its a map object.. that was apprently removed but nexon forgot to remove the 'lines and dots' with numbers that zelk said.

its a new system. duey was being abused by hackers. they would throw their rare and hacked weapons/equips into duey before a server check, nexon would remove everything/rollback or whatever and the players would get their item back the following day (duey was a seperate system, so they didnt rollback him)
