staff dilema, what to do?

so I just got an AWESOME deal and got a 112 matk 4 int clean u/p pyogo mushroom for really cheap and I'm not sure on what to do with it, I have a 124 matk 2 slot 3 % int 2 line ele staff 2 but this pyogo could potentialy ( no pun intended ) be much better and I like its look.

I'm scared to advance potential it and I'm not sure of its actual price. I got it for 30m ( a deal to be sure )

what would you all do in this scenario ( p.s I'm going to pull off 2 10%'s on my ele staff somehow eventually )
risk destroying it with a 90% potential, use 60%'s on it? (seams like a bad idea) . I'd like to hear your opinions. I got back into merchanting recently so I got money to spend .
