Quests reset?

Umm... did anyone get some of their quests reset after this week's server check? I was checking up Ulu City quests on my quest log... and somehow there weren't any. I got as far as the final quest (to defeat the tree lolo), but when I checked under In Progress, it was nowhere to be found. Instead, under Available is the first quest "Savior of Ulu City."

And no I'm not crazy, since I did these set of quests with someone else, and she too has them reset. Anyone know what's going on here?

If that was the case, then those quests should end up in Completed anyway. But they aren't for me. Every Ulu City quest I've done thus far was reset.

They're World Tour quests... don't expect the expected.

The Ulu quest chain is bugged, much like that stupid Amoria quest that's been pestering us questing folks for years.

Mine still seem to be in completed on my first character. I did them before Big Bang and haven't step foot inside Ulu since.

Shows I can do it again if I want to, but it's still in my completed. Maybe because I never threw away my hammer and light?
