The pictures don't show anything to imply it's some overpowered class either. Guard? So what, Paladins have that same kind of crap. 200k+ damage? Of course, it's using it's -ultimate-.

It is an extremely balanced class, maybe the most balanced MS has ever seen. It is not like they mean it like it would be balanced towards the rest of the classes though. /end thread

I think that by "balance" they mean the Mechanic is equally good at 1v1, mobbing, support, etc. Not "balanced" with other classes.

Either way, its still a fun thing to laugh at them over. They seriously need to review gaming terminology and actually play the game they run.

Shouldn't someone test Mechanics's DPM/DPS before calling them unbalanced? There's no proof they are THAT overpowered.

"Balance" includes more than only damage. Mechanics suck at mobility compared to a DBs or WH, and they don't have the godmode avoid a fully cubed NL/Shad has. Mechanics skills also have huge delays and they can't just hold "A" and spam bullets like a WH or BM spams arrows.

Just so you know, mechs have much better mobility than most classes, and they get it early. The chaos patch will nerf that, but that is 6 months away at least. Also, Avoid is not nearly as useful post BB than it was pre. Before the patch 999 avoid would be better than shadow shifter, now several thousand avoid wont net you anywhere near the same result. A fully potential'd mech will crush anything that come in its way, but if you wear mediocre gear you wont automatically become the god of ksing.
