2 -> 3lines with cubes ?

People have used hundreds of cubes without the upgrade. The odds are even lower than moving from Rare to Unique.

i took it from the asiasoft forums. myth... busted ? :f6: or is this some clever trick ?

still, i would'nt spend the cubes to get a 2 lined item to 3 lines when i would probably save money to just buy a 3 lined item in the first place.

some might not have the intention to cube it to 3 lines... but got it anyway.. so i guess its a plausible

The only thing I can see debatable is the location of the item in both pics. It seems to be in a lower slot on the 2nd pic as compared to the 1st. This could lead to him having 2 of the same Wands, but one is 2line and one is 3line.

Item box is moved, how likely will you be moving the equip while you're cubing? Not very. This suggests they are 2 different wands. Notice the line on chat display is the smega. If you were to cube, you should see cubing successful and potential revealed, pretty sure you won't move the line up with your mouse just to block the text afterwards. 2 lines will always stay 2, and 3 will stay 3, until the day they release another NX item that lets you upgrade.

Purchasing a three line TSW would be better then cubing due to cost.

Y'all do realize the ss's might not necessarily have been taken back to back? It could've been days or even weeks/months between them, and simply ss'd in a similar location. Plenty of people compulsively ss the status of their equips, and they might simply have ss'd this one later on, then realized the change.

I dont really think someone would take a screenshot of each equipment they intend to cube before they cube it, especially if they intend to cube it a few dozen times.

Y'all do realize the ss's might not necessarily have been taken back to back? It could've been days or even weeks/months between them, and simply ss'd in a similar location. Plenty of people compulsively ss the status of their equips, and they might simply have ss'd this one later on, then realized the change.

I'm much more inclined to believe they had two identical wands, or shopped the ss.

The amount of money you'd spend trying for a third line on your godly-but-for-those-2-lines item, trying to get it to 3 lines, would be enough to create an item equally godly but with 3 lines right from the start.

Ive heard its possible, but extremely low chance of it, and it only happens when moving from Rare>Epic or Epic>Unique, at least that is what happened for an alliance guild leader. Im not too sure if I can trust the image in the first post, but it doesnt look fake.

Its also very well possible that the SS taker had two of those with the same stats, and they went and got different potential stats. But that really doesnt answer the question of why they made a post about it.

They seem to be in the same slot (above the Chief Stan hat) just with the mouse hovering in slightly different spots.

It's really not good proof though cropped the way it is. Seeing their entire inventory at the least would give me more confidence.

Its maplesea and it comes from the monster box. Gach gives normal items.. only monster box can give you more slots.
