Decent HB skill question

I'm fairly new to the potential system and just found out about the different skills you can get on certain unique items. I have done a bit of searching and found out you can get the HB skill on lvl70+ pants. I have also heard that if you equip the pants with this certain potential line you will be able to use this skill, even if you remove the pants or switch them for something else. So basically you will always have this skill, no matter what.

Now my question is... Is this how the skill is suppose to work? Some say it's a glitch, and some say it's suppose to be like that. Does GMS even intend to fix this? Or is this how it is always going to be? I would love to get me a pair of these pants just for the skill, but If GMS is going to patch this glitch (if it is one) I would obviously keep them so I always have the skill.

Any thoughts?

yes. This also applies to every other skill as well. My bowmaster, buccaneer, and shadower can all use self HB and self haste (not the shadower, duh). Didn't get the chance to get self door :c

If you want SE gloves, you just have to scroll them decently or rest for like 3 seconds and equip gloves, activate skill, reequip other glove, continue.

Wow... T___T I missed out. I was assuming the skills would be wiped so I didn't bother.
Also, I thought reequipping a dif glove made it so that the decent SE even though it stayed on the top right.

Decent HB doesn't get dispelled, thats why its so popular.

Its confirmed to not be dispellable, hence why all classes (except DrKs for obvious reasons) want that skill for their own use. Of course, the trade-off is that you won't get much of a boost compared to the real HB skill. =P

So does that mean Pap has jesus-like powers? Because every time he dispells, he takes away my decent HB.

"Decent" skills are bugged for Arans (and I guess dojo skills too), in the sense that they are able to be dispelled.

all classes besides adventurers get decent skills dispelled, and drain/barrier DOES NOT get dispelled.
