What does this mean and how do I fix it?! Thank you in advance.

You need to spend all skill points in a job book before you can move to the next one. It's something like 67 for first job, IIRC. Meaning you have to max everything except E.Bolt and have 7 in it.

You haven't put enough sp into your 1st job skills. As a magician you should have 67 sp in 1st job.
