Yes, talked to Ferdi and got nada. Cassanda ziltch. Currently about to try Cassandra in a different town.

Yeah just got to 70, ran around Edelstein talking to every NPC. Ring isn't showing up.

It seems Cassandra only gives you your level milestone rewards once a day. So let's say you got to lvl 70 on the first day but you only got the reward for reaching the lvl 30 milestone. The next day (after 11:59pm PST) you'd get the reward for the next milestone. So you would have to wait however many days there are milestones until you get the reward for lvl 70: the resistance ring.

reread the event notes and I was wrong. the ring from ferdi is separate from whatever cassandra gives you. lvl 70 reward is a resistance box that i can't open

Someone from Nexon finally acknowledged this problem:

I can assure you that we are looking at this. It's one of those illusive bugs that is really hard to crush. Even during internal testing on our test servers have found that some characters got the ring and some didn't, but we can't pin point the exact trigger that prevents the player from getting it. We have a contingency plan in case we can't fix this server side.
