Maple Syrup Quest Requirements?

Are there any requirements for the Maple -Syrup- Quest from Cassandra to show up (level / class)? Because it showed up on my Shadower right after completing the first quest (when you get the maple leaf itself). But on my potmule, it doesn't show (lvl 10 beginner). I turned in the 50 leafs to get a Maple Leaf, but how do I activate the quest to update the leaf on my beginner?

Now I cant have a good leaf on my Level 41 Beginner -_-

Not funded? You have tons of stuff from a bunch of other people to get you started, including a glowing whip. You're way more well off then I ever was on mine. :/

None the less, you made it to 4x already, which shows you're dedicated. Also, you have way better gear then I could ever hope to achieve unless I either spent more NX or stripped my sader. :/
