Does the speed improve from 0 to 20 or does it stay constant?

Same at all lvls for non magican jobs, however I dont know if its changed for magicans.

One exception: Aran's. It starts with -1 speed, and eventually becomes -3 speed at lvl 16+.

So how come all the FP mage builds in the training center involve maxing booster if there's no improvement?

it used to be +2 casting speed at 11

but i'm not currently playing a mage so i didn't look it up post bb
