Is SP job specific now?

It used to be that if you didn't want a 2nd job skill, you could put the extra points in a 1st job skill. Can you still do it? Or if you do will it say that you don't have enough points in 2nd job to continue and put points in 3rd job (or will it say you don't have enough points in 2nd job and not let you apply 3rd job until you put another in 2nd job) ?

For those who care I'm thinking instead of getting 8 energy bolt instead of 1 cold beam. lol (not that I would ever use either.) o.o

It's the same as before. You can put 2nd job SP in 1st job skills. You can't use 2nd job SP for 3rd/4th.
