I need help. Pls give me some advice...

Hello everyone!

My story is, my main character was stuck in game. That's the second map, right of Kampung Village (or something like that, the nearest town to Gallos). When I enterred that map (just went in the portal from the previous map), my screen turn into black, I still can hear the music ... but I cant make any attack (coz I dunt hear the sound of my attack when I tried press some attack key). I tried reset my computer, relog-in and that terrible thing happen again. Everytimes it happen, my computer goes mad, and I have to force it shut down (or reset). That thing only happen with my main char, all the other is avaiable as normal time. I think my char is stuck within that map becoz some bug/glitch.
To be honest, I feel like crying. Have been waiting for the Big Bang so long, and now, when it comes, I cant play my main char. What on earth can be worse?

Please, anyone please tell me what to do now?
- I sent a ticket, and they didnt response yet.
- Can I try contact some GM, or anyone with responsibility, to help me move my char back to any safe map ( since I think the problem came from that f***ing map, I'm cursing it .... T__T)? If yes, pls tell me who to write email to.

There is a way to fix this; don't worry, I freaked out the first time it happened to me back in the Tespia version of Big Bang (which it seems they carried over this glitch from to the actual live version), but it can be fixed.

All you need to do is get on another character on the same account, go to the settings where you can change the background quality, sounds/music, etc. Change your background quality to the opposite of what it is (so if it's at Best, put it at Worst), then change your current mode to the opposite (so if it's fullscreen, go to window, or viceversa), then sign out and sign back in and get on the character that is glitched in the map. It should fix the problem and you'll land somewhere in the map, and you won't experience any problems to Galloperas or back. It only happens when going through that first map.

I tried change the setting. First time, the lowest setting + window mode, didnt work. But I think I'll try few more times.

But, can anyone answer 1 more thing for me? Will I have to keep these setting forever, to avoid that bug happen again?

No, you can change back the settings to what you had before. Though, if you intend to go to Gallos again, you'll have to repeat the method to get through that second map. Hopefully, Nexon picks up on this, and fixes it.
