How to get to <2230> dangerous tower, in Neo City?

Hey there,

My brother and were trying to go and train at the mavericks at neo city, dangerous tower <year 2230>
However we don't know how to get there!

All we seem to be able to get to is <2227> dangerous city

How do we get to other zones?

You have to do all the quests in an area before being given access to the next.

But I'm not given any quest at all in that area?

The quest chain starts in Magatia.
