Had a character before Big Bang that had the option of one, didn't accept, logged in today and got nothing.

I had four characters I didn't claim the prize on because they didn't come up with a face or hair ticket, so I left them that way. Logged in today and none of them can get a prize anymore.

That happened to me pre BB, I closed the process after I got it. When I checked a week later, I didn't get the notice.
