How do you pronounce gallopera?

I say it in the spanish way:

GAI-yo-PEHR-ah

Don't know why I say it this way. I guess the "ll" makes me think it's a spanish word.

Gal-lo-pera is how I'd pronounce it as well. With the "pera" sounding like "pear-uh" too.

Depends which "spanish way" you want. Spain, Argentine, Chile, Uruguay all have different ways to pronounce the double L
