The second Tespia extraction that Fiel didn't do showed a total of four bandanas different from the three KMS released. Safe to assume we'll get four.

Look at the dates from the Resistance box and Energy Capsule.

You can also just do the lvl 100 and down quests on two chars to get 8 capsules (though you can only use 7 on a given char it seems).

A levels worth would seem outrageous if it weren't for the free level 30 DB event a while back.

It gave me like 30% at level 6x. Sorry I can't be more specific.
