Cant get to the MS site.

Ok here's my problem. I try to go to the maplestory website but every time it takes like 2 mins and then an error pops up that says "the connention to the server was reset while the page was loading". I have tried EVERYTHING possible to get to the website. Used the desktop icon? Check. typed "www.Maplestory.net" in the address bar? Check. Did you go to nexon.net and click maplestory? Check. I even tried to just launch the game w/o the website. Anyone know whats wrong?

run a system scan using (I dont recall whats the current favorite) malwarebytes? kapersky?

maybe dumping a hijack this log file?

you could check your hosts file (Probably not the cause)

1. Scan with Spybot Search and Destroy and have it eliminate any problems it finds and also have it Immunize the system afterwards.
2. Scan with MalwareBytes and have it clean up anything else.
3. Update your anti-virus and anti-malware software or get a new one that has a better rating. I'd recommend Microsoft Security Essentials as being good as it is free and does work well.
4. Use CCleaner to clear your browser history, cashe, etc.
5. Defragment your hard drive.

Its not a virus just saying. Sometimes I can get to the site sometimes I cant, I dont know why. Plus its not like I can play there is terrible lag that freezes ms about 5 minutes after I log on.

This happend to me when i had loopback adapters installed from some eh em you know if you don't have loopback adapters i really dont know.
