Help with new laptop.
#1
So I'm getting a new laptop and I just wanted a quick little info input about one I picked out:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Dell+-+Inspi...Id=1179872

Do you think the computer is good? And by good I mean for running games like maple, maybe 1 or 2 others here and there. Also is it 64-bit or 32-bit. Can't seem to find it anywhere Monocle

That's your graphics card. It's not powerful at all, but it seems able to play Maple.

You won't be able to play SC2 or any latest games well, or at all, but I wouldn't say it sucks. I don't even have one, so in that sense, your laptop is better than my nonexsistant one.

Standard. I don't see anything powerful about it. With that kinda specs, it's kinda average.

I actually don't play stuff like that. XD I just stick to maple PS3 and Wii. If I ever play any computer games outside of that it's usually like WC3, Zoo Tycoon 2, and maybe Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 but outside of that nothing really.

Think I should get it or no?

Also does anyone know if it's 32-bit or 64-bit since I'll pretty much just use it for maple I wanna be on the safe side since I hear 64 bit has issues.

I would assume it's 64-bit since it advertises the RAM is expandable to 6GB.

32-Bit computers maybe hard to find. :S

Most, if not all, systems built brand new these days come with the 64-bit version of operating systems.

Last time I went to best buy when I got this computer I have now they had pretty much an equal selection of the two even though windows 7 was just coming out. I mean like had an equal selection of Vista 32 and 64 bits.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are right around the corner. Wait until then to pick up a laptop on Amazon or something.
