Yulete's Quests Questions

I've read on strat wiki that one of the quests are only opened from level 70 - 85, after 85, you don't get the quests anymore.

How would I get the lab report? o.o
I'm way over 85 lol.

Unless there's no level req. for mpq o.o

The Lab Report drops from the Neo Huroids attacking Romeo/Juliet in the PQ, and it's 71-85, so you can't PQ (until BB comes out).

so..i would basically be forced to skip all those quests for now

Personally, the "Right" thing to do is to go with the third party at the final stage of those quests rather than one side or the other. Besides, even if you go with one of the two factions, you'd only get one upgraded cape. Still, one of the best story-lines in MS, so go for it.
