simple question: is it untradable? i figure its just like a spiegelmann's but many are saying its untradable? (theres no mention of it being that way in the gms extractions)

How to get that? Deputy star beats this already, tho. (Not to mention HT necklace.)

Yes...it is. The Silver Deputy Star is tradeable, and it isn't even really that hard to get. Just get some people to help you with the quests and you'll have it in no time.

what lvl is the quest tho?

The PQ is 70-85 I think.

If I remember correctly, the star is lvl 50 and the highest quest needed in order to get it has a min of 80.

It should be quite a bit harder when BF is fixed, though.

Why's that? It'll be even easier, in my opinion. I can solo BF effectively without exploiting any glitches, even with its currently glitched KB animation. Once BF is fixed, it will be a very easy boss to pin and destroy (just like Tengu and Anego). BF has more spawn points than any other boss in the game. BF has no drops worth even trying to find. It should never be hard to find a BF or two or three, when needed.

As long as low leveled people have friends who will help them (or random nice people!), it really isn't hard to get the quests done if you put your mind to it.
