balanced fury

Just want to confirm before buy the fury, does it still rechargable on NLC only? or any place?

does crystal ilbi better than balance fury in term on quantity and cost?

Balanced Fury can be recharged just about anywhere.

Crystal Ilbi is 1 attack below Balanced Fury (29 vs 30 I think), and I think, is harder to create since you need the forging manual (Which comes from iTCG and you need materials to build it too/unsure or Gach boxes if I recall correctly). While Balanced Fury can be built with time (or money).
