Of all things Cartoon Network decided to revive they just so happen to revive something that wasn't even theres

Remember that ported Game show from Japan that was so popular on another network (ABC or Fox i think) that involved people fitting into holes that only lasted like 2 seasons if that... Yeah neither do I...

But apparently Cartoon Network... oh I mean CN (cause that name is more EDGY) did...

I stopped watching Cartoon Network a loonnggg time ago. Actually stopped watching Kids channels in general since I really don't like Chowder and everytime it is on one of those channels it's all i get.

Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon both went down the drain around 2005 or 2006, I don't think there's any way they can be salvaged at this point. Ben 10 Alien Force is about the only show on CN that I think has any promise now.

One Cartoon Network started "The Real CN" and then they kept running extreme reruns of the "real" shows constantly I lost interest. That, and Comcast made CN digital cable only.

Its not the stations faults (not fully at least). I mean look at the actual animated shows. Theres crap there and very few at that. The stations are just failing to try and appeal to new animators or to bring in new animations from established studios.

In comparison to Japan, the US is pretty much pomegranate when it comes to animation productions, but that could be due to Japan being close to the export areas where the in between frames are animated.

Note that those are the shows of 18~54 age group. Which, with the shows CN and Nick are putting out, are the next step up.

compare to Disney, the leading entertainer of children, is pumping out shows for kids that portray them as pre-teens. the demographics are changing.

No, hole in the wall was a real segment [video=metacafe;740457/human_tetris/]http://www.metacafe.com/watch/740457/human_tetris/[/video]. One of the holes was actually Fuji Television logo. It is one of the more...edgy shows.

Someone please explain this fascination with the "people fit into an abstract wall shape" television show? I've seen it everywhere, and I cannot understand its popularity. Doesn't it get old? "OH, LOOK. LOOK. THERE'S A MAN. AND HE'S TRYING TO FIT INTO THE HOLE- OH HE FAILED, DARN. OH BUT LOOK, HERE'S ANOTHER CHANCE AT REDEMPTIO- NOPE, FAILED AGAIN."
Anyway, I'm not surprised. CN has been dead to me for a long, long time.
