[Touhou] Scarlet Weather Rhapsody / Unthinkable Natural Law

Also note, my netbattles will probably only work through Hamachi. For some reason, without Hamachi, I can only connect through if the other player is on the same router.

Basically, 5 newer characters to SWR. If you install that TO SWR, then you technically gain +5 new characters. But I heard if you play it as a stand-alone, then you basically lose MOST of the characters from SWR. :| We need to get this sh`it, like motherf`ucking A.S.A.P.

Somebody's late to the party. The next fighting Touhou game was 12.3, Unthinkable Natural Law. It's the same deal: run the update, run the English patch and throw them all in the same folder.



I didn't really like any of the new characters, though Hong was okay for a melee fighter.

I haven't noticed much difference in gameplay between SWR and UNL since I haven't played UNL much. Only finished the three story lines.

Touhou 7 is a fighting gaem too but the graphics didn't look as good as SWR so I don't have it/didn't bother trying it.

(If you guys think that the weather is annoying, I do have a no weather patch for 1.03(? the version before 1.10).)

The combo video above was sorta bad. Low damage, pretty situational or simple, yet not that flashy. But I guess it shows off some good bnbs + spellcard enders, aside from the Alice ones.

I love Aya's first combo the most as it actually looks like a legit combo off jA if you mix up the ender compared to the other extremely situational 2-4+ spellcard combos.

KaidaTan (if he's still here) also plays this game and has access to a buffed CPU AI since the AI in this game is expectantly bad.

Ah, I forgot characters can take one more hit before falling in UNL. In any case, going with update 1.03 means ditching the English patch. I guess that'd be the end of reading spell cards `~`

Man, stop calling it UNL. UNL is a mistranslation of the game title. Stick to ~soku.

I used to play a little as Alice, but I was never good or anything like that. I'd be willing to play with you when I have the time, though I'd have to get Hamachi working first.

I don't think most of us are good. If anything, members that were exposed to the game earlier might have played it more, thus, more experience and better skills. I'm pretty sh`itty, truthfully speaking, I just tend to space.. /force-of-habit
