Okay so... I'm watching Dragon Ball Kai (US version) on TV right now out of curiosity... They're showing a scene of Kami talking to Mr. Popo... BUT POPO IS BLUE WITH YELLOW LIPS. WHAT THE HELL!?

Did this happen somewhat recently or something? It wasn't too long ago I would watch Dragon Ball and the halo was a halo and Popo was black as it gets.
