Putting Points into HP

Has anyone ever tried putting 20 or so ability points into HP to make so their Hermit/NL could boss better or sooner? Would this be a bad idea?

20 Points would give you something like 300 more HP? :>
2.5 damage, with L7, no crits, per weapon attack would be lost though.

I usually hear more about HP Washing than that. Meh, both's pretty useless on a mage, so don't take my opinion for it.

Yeah people sacrifice AP for HP to boss earlier, they do this so for when they're more higher leveled they can wash it back out and still remain the same HP except having a stronger arm than before.

I think I will try this (after I get unbanned for misconduct ). Add HP each lvl until I can fight Pianus. Then later wash it back out. Not having enough HP is a sins worst enemy and the more I look at the class I tend to believe Nexon expects us to put AP into HP during our build.

this is applicable to thieves but thieves usually care more about damage than archers. to those that dont, this works

ok ask yourself, boss earlier or boss at lvl 160. there u have it, as for me i pumped ap to hp for ''some'' levels, but i did boss really early. Upto you

even i HP wash and im a shadower, it's always helpful meaning u can gain more hp with % pots, and just normal survival at training / any boss, and take into consideration pink bean in the future, NL's will need alot more hp.. like 8k base which will involve alott of washing =D.

I put around 15-20 points into HP and now I'm just slowly pulling them out when my MP goes about minimum. And any I can't get I can't get. 5-10 AP isn't going to hurt too much.

I just achieved my goal of getting 5000 HP on my Blood Shadower before lvl 140!

I put 45 AP's (9 lvls) into HP to achieve this + HP washing, which would mean, at lvl 200 (which I will never reach lol, I have better things to do ), I would do 4%~5% less damage then without HP adding... Well w/e ... Bowmasters / Nightlords / Hero's / Vipers / Captains will outdamage me anyway, so I can't really care about a little less damage lol.

In fact, I have the end-game HP of a normal lvl 200 Shadower at lvl 139:

Personally I -really- like this. Being able to take:
- 10.000-damage hits (5000*2) in solo mode.
- 16.000-damage hits with MG+HB in party mode.

... Just epic at lvl 139

Yeah, you can say: "Just make a DK if you like lots of HP". But I can't stand the slowness of warriors (no offense). I like the Mortal Combat gameplay of my Shadower too much for that! Hehehe

For Night Lords more HP is more vital then for Shadowers offcourse, however Night Lords are all about DPS and eternal L7/TT button pushing, and if you're gonna lower your DPS with Blood Washing... I dunno if that will make you happy...

Just one thing: If you're gonna Blood Wash (adding AP's into HP), do it for at least 10 levels, otherwise the effect won't be that much visible... If you don't want to loose about 50Luk for more HP, just DON'T do it...

Im actually planning on doing this at some point, crappy as im going to be, i already have too high of dex, and 9 str(hey it helped me get off maple island, and now is slightly useful in venom) but unlike some, im not much of a damage whore. I just like throwing things at people, is that so wrong?

And i do somewhat care about my damage, but what does it matter if you cant boss? IDK about the rest of you, but getting to 200 isnt a goal of mine, i just wanna experience this game and all it has to offer.

And 8k base for pink being? pineapple that. I know of only 1 NL to be in khaini who will have that kind of HP, when he can MTS enough to wash all that mp and int out.
