Only found this screenshot by now, it's like a month old tho. While CPQing with my Dual Blader at JMS, i noticed there was a perma legend in the opposite party.
At first i though why someone would just stay as a legend, not advancing in the tutorial. I though it was the same thing as permanent Beginners or Noblesses. Until...

As you can see, you can have fourth job skills by level 1.
This i what i think he must have done.
As many of you know, right when you complete Aran's Tutorial as a level 200 Hero, remember you can use your Legendary polearm and attack with 4th job skills? That guy found a way to leave that map, as a level 1, and still use the skills and be able to equip polearms, family warp i'd say. Because, when you're in Rien tutorial, even if you use a PA, you don't do anything.
Why did he do that? Simple, imagine leveling a character with 4th job skills until like 70 or something? You'd be powerful as pineapple.
I couldn't see his damage because we were in a 2v2 match and he was in the opposite party. But i really doubt he did bad damage, since they got a very high amount of CP by that match.
I think he has done something like this:
Assuming the family buff can be used...
He must have made a character and asked someone to invite him to his family, then the guy completes the tutorial and he warps to it using the points from it's level ups since it's his jr character regardless of level.
I really don't know. But this seems a lot better than a permanent Noblesse.
