What happened to Wizet again?

Wizet is the development studio that create Maplestory. Nexon was another company. They merged in 2003.

I'm pretty sure Nexon bought out Wizet and now they're the "parent" company or something.

They already answered your question. he was just saying something that was the truth.

They merged to develop a better game without hackers / exploits or glitches. Even though there are things that should be fixed everyone has to shut up and have confidence.

I've gotten two different answers, I'm looking for when one starts getting picked more than the other, so the question is not answered.

-Hime- has stated in the nexon forums that they are one in the same company. essentially, nexon is the parent corporation, and wizet is the the development/production department that at least initially was charged with running and working with mapleglobal. once it was established as a viable market the parent company swooped in and overhauled the system, bringing in more resources and more people. the most notable change was the moving of the servers from new york city to California.

That happened relatively late in the game. The people now referred to as "Nexon America" were pulling the strings back as "NxGames", and even before then. There wasn't ever a real point of it being Wizet one moment and Nexon the next. People erroniously draw a line, however... I think the most commonly drawn line is the point where NxGames changed their name to Nexon America. I think THAT is the point most people see as the cutoff, but really, they're just wrong. There was never a binary switch like that.
