Picture Viewers

So pretty much, I like to download high quality manga and read it rather than read those crappy squished up stuff that are prevalent on the internet. I used to have some Nero program (came with graphics card I think) that allowed me to view picture at the original size and the scrolling would allow me to scroll the picture up and down. However, after reformatting my computer, I'm now stuck with Windows Photo Viewer, which only zooms when scrolling. It's very unwieldy since I have to click an icon to make the picture full-size and hold+drag to move the picture up/down to view the whole thing. Do you guys happen to know a free program out there that automatically views in full quality and uses the scroll to move the picture up/down? It'd be much appreciated if there were something out there that I could use. Thanks.

CDisplay, Comical, Comicrack or just search "comic viewer"

CDisplay's fine for now. Comical and ComicRack seem to be more catered to those that have comic databases and the like. Although CDisplay lets me view it how I want, it doesn't seem as if I can just open one picture and go through the whole thing, as it seems as if it requires loading all the pictures before being able to view. Ah well.
