After looking at lots of videos and threads and pictures and calculations of post-BB maple, I finally came to the conclusion that there is no strongest class anymore. From what I've seen, a character's damage is dependent on equips more than just the class now.
This makes me happy, because now classes aren't different because of a huge gap in damage, but because of different play styles.
Is my conclusion correct? Is there no strongest class post-BB? It would please me to no end if now this game has relative balance.

Technically it all comes down to the gear they have.
For example a +100% int evan would oviously be better than a +5% dex BowMaster

Yes, equips make a huge difference now. That's the one thing I like about the potential system. You can fund the hell out of any class and it will kick ass. Even Bishops can deal a ton of damage as some videos have shown.
However, if equips were assumed to be equal then there are definitely imbalances between the classes in terms of DPS. I think Corsairs beat others by quite a significant margin. Wild Hunters practically obsolete Bow Masters as well.
I don't think we know how skills with Ignore Defense work yet, so that could be the deciding factor in DPS.

Can't say it's balanced if we've never played it.
I think certain classes are imba at certain things - like thieves with avoid (lol LUK giving avoid to both physical and magical, shadow shifter, smokescreen, dark sight, flash jump, etc.). I think once we get the updates and see how they play out we may find certain imbalances. The good thing about the updates they did is that it's super easy for them to tweak as much as they want since they only have to change a formula and not 30 different values.

Given all else equal, there will still be a class that comes out to be mild stronger than the rest. Right now I'm leaning towards night lords and corsairs, with heroes not far behind depending how enrage works.

Wild Hunters and Mechanics are pretty imbalanced from what I've seen. Especially Wild Hunters. There's absolutely no reason a Wild Hunter should be worse than another Archer unless there's some map somewhere with 10+ monsters on a single platform that's smaller than 450px, which there isn't.

For standard training i'd say Dual Blades remain the strongest before and after big bang, but it does appear to go a long way to balance in different respects, though each class still has their niche they'll be better at than others.
