A Skill that promotes use of all Warrior Weapons

This is strictly an Idea that I thought of to fix the warrior weapon's unfairness

A Skill in First job that costs 1 skill point
Skill : Weapon Differential
BW/Axes Increases the attack to match the faster speed of Swords (not sure on the actual attack increase)
Spears Increased Attack to match faster speeds of PA
Swords/PA remain the same to balance everything.
Max Level : 1
This Promotes the use of all weapons and not just 1 that just says this is the best and use it.

So basically, you're making all weapons the same. Why even bother having more than one kind of weapon, then?

Won't it decide either you need more damage or the speed to train/boss faster?

But why bother making 1 kind of weapon significantly more powerful than the other?

I would agree with the BW/Axe issue, I prefer BWs because theyre cheaper but the speed is kind of slowish.
I guess its realistic for swinging a giant rock on a stick.

But, seeing as how Spears and PAs are used by Spearmen, (Arans dont have a choice so i dont care)
they switch off on the 2 weapons once they hit DK (If theyre Hybrid). The speed is just what it is, its what makes
the game fun and different.

After Bigbang its either PA or Spear. PA have the faster speeds so the Spears would need higher attack to match up

Through nothing more than a design flaw. This is sort of a chicken and egg argument.

Wouldnt crusher be better with spear, and fury is be better with polearm?

After Big bang is what all this matters. Anything before it will eventually disappear. So in essence PA=Spears but the fact that most spears are slower then PA is a disadvantage. That is why they should also get a attack boost.

They could easily fix it by giving one weapon a higher multiplier, an innate crit rate, a damage bonus on slash, etc.

A damage bonus on a slash is pretty easy to add, to be honest.
