I logged in today to see who was on and when I tried to log out it prompted me with a message that said I won and that I could choose from 3 prizes, so I chose a kerning city VIP hair coupon and it said to log back on in 3 days.
Do I get in 3 days, or what? Do I have to be on exactly on the third day to pick it up?

Log right back in and go into the Cash Shop, if it's not there it means you got glitched.

You can get it right away. Log back in but don't go to the cash shop right away. Wait for the little notice that says, "you won a prize... blah blah blah.... go check cash shop." After you see that notice then go to the cash shop and your prize will be there. If you go to the cash shop first you might get in a glitched state and never receive your prize.

i got around 15+ of these prizes (all mules tho -___-) and i alwys got them immediately after i relogged.
