I sent one form on May 27th and nagged them on the anni of every month. I did send them a fax, but they changed location and the number no longer works. Whether that made a difference I don't know but this made my night.

Still waiting for mine lol. Do they send you an e-mail notification?

That's not new.
But congrats nonetheless.

There's a form to change your e-mail address? o-o I needed to change my main's e-mail and the only thing I saw was "For security reasons, the registered e-mail attached to a Nexon Passport ID cannot be changed once entered."

Still waiting for mine. :/ My evan was destroyed though, nearly all my good equips were sold cept for my elewand which has a few days left on its seal :/. Plus they name changed my guy to some weird anime name that I absolutely hate. But Nexon said it takes 2-7 days for them to look at the email form, shouldn't take much longer than a few months!

*sigh*
