When you say you lost the email, is it that you forgot it, or the email account no longer exists?

She lost it. But apparently she just magically remembered it. But she still can't remember the password or the birthday she used.

access to the email and birthday are like the most important ones neded. My oldest account that i made when scania and bera were the only worlds, i only remember the email and user id. I made an incorrect birthday due to some delusion that my real birthday would be back tracked to me. As such, when the "UBER PW RESET FROM NEXON" came, i completely forgot about the account (i don't use it anymore) and nexon changed the password for me (i find that this is completely ridiculous). To reset the PW i need the birthday and email. Without the birthday, i can't access the account because my old password doesn't work. There is a way to find the real birthday, but that requires access to the account, which i don't have. It sucks.
