"Ran Alert Notice Sent"

I got this message on my ticket to Nexon, down where it has the history and I don't know what it means so I wanted to see if you guys did.

Under date created it has the Date and Time. Under action it has Follow up. Under contact name it has System. and Under comment it says "Ran Alert Notice Sent"

Sorry if this seems kind of like a stupid question, but I dont know what it means, and I'd like to know if these means they are getting any closer to answering my ticket or not.

Seeing as the contact is System, my guess is that it is an automated comment about there being a notice sent on the ticket. Could be wrong, but that is my educated guess.

its a auto message that says they are very busy and have not got to your ticket yet.

Ha, this reminded me to check my ticket (which I haven't checked in a month since I didn't recieve my e-mail update) and I have another response saying to wait blah blah..
There is another response that says Ran Alert Followed up. I assume that means they are following up on it..? Makes sense if you use Nexons wording I guess.
