AP Resets

Is maplestory still giving out AP resets? I heard someone about free AP resets for doing certain things. If so, how do I get them?

By having/making characters at certain lvls. 70+ gives you 20 resets, 50-69 gives 15 and 30-49 gives 10. If you already have characters withint those ranges on account, you will get a popup as you log on those saying you can claim them in CS. You can also make new characters and claim resets on those when you get to 30, 50 and 70. Do note that you cannot move the resets from an explorer class to a cygnus/aran/evan/db and vice versa because of the ever so nifty separate CS inventories.

Also, be aware that, according to the event description, you were only supposed to be able to get one AP reset package per account.
Getting one of each type (the level 30, 50, and 70) is a glitch that might get fixed at any time (e.g., the current maintenance).

Everyone that I know that leveled from 0-70 within the event got all three. This was a glitch?

Not really. As long as they didn't claim any of the packages you could easily get 45 resets on a new character.
