I think that if I take the time to go out and vote, I'll be going for Mr. Barr.

But realistically, I might better just go for McCain. I just don't like socialism, and McCain in there is the best shot of it not getting through. Voting for Barr would be a waste of my time; there's no way his 10% or less popular vote will even net him a single electoral college vote, and I gotta say, 0 is a lot less than 270.

Bob Barr is a stand-in candidate, and, IMHO, does not have strong libertarian leanings. I'd avoid him.

I'm waiting for the debates to finalize my opinion, but I do prefer McCain at the moment.

My personal beliefs aren't even completely inline with the Libertarian stance anyway. Like, really, they want to put the police into the hands of the freemarket? No thanks.
