Would HSS let me play DFO?

Maybe wrong section but oh well...

Just asking. (I live in Mexico in case anyone is flag blind.)

Not sure if HSS would work but people have been using Yourfreedom + Proxifier/Proxycap.

For some reason, I need to use HSS to play DFO, even though I live in Canada. I use it up until I get to the channel select screen then turn it off. If I don't have it on, I get the Runtime error thing :S
