I guess I ask this here.

Ummm well I have a few questions about KMS. First, would someone be able to help me register for it? Next, Is the EXP Reduction in effect in actual KMS? Oh and why do so many pots drop? Last question, Is there like a guide for the Resistance or something? Thanks in advance.

1. No. Signing up for it requires a KSSN. If you don't have a friend in Korea, tough luck.
2. Yes. KMS has Big Bang.
3. Part of Big Bang. Don't know why they drop so often - just do.
4. Not really. Just wait until the Resistance board gets more activity.
